Purchasing a Refurbished iPhone from Belong

Has anyone purchased a refurbished iPhone from the Belong Store?

They're selling the iPhone 13 for $939 in Excellent Grade. I sent Belong a query to find out if I wasn't happy with the quality of the phone when I received it, could I send it back no questions asked (i.e. like a 14 day cooling off period), but the response I got was to check the FAQ's (there is nothing in the Terms and Conditions that refers to this).

Belong are the reseller, but Kingfisher Mobile Australia Pty Ltd are the supplier. If you've brought from either Belong or Kingfisher, I'd be grateful if you could share your experience, good or bad. TIA

  Probably try to buy a refurbished phone from boost, I bought a refurbished s21 ultra there , but I don’t like it. Just email them and return it. Quite easy and smooth

    No iPhone 13 listed on the Boost Refurbished Website.
