Can Apple Cancel My Subscriptions if I Block Them in PayPal?

I have a few subscriptions for Apps on iPhone and have chosen to block payments in PayPal. It says you may lose access to subscriptions unless you add a new Apple Store payment method.

Will they still keep my subscriptions that are paid up until a certain date or cancel all of them straight away? It seems only fair to keep all the subscriptions running until the date they expire.

non-apple subscriptions should be able to be cancelled via apple and still be used till expiry

They aren’t. All my Apple subs warn that service will immediately drop as soon as I elect to cancel.

I’ve cancelled countless Apple subs and they run through to the paid-up sub date…

          • @sjj89: My 6 month free trial of Apple music was due to run out in the next couple of weeks, so I cancelled it and I got a warning that it will cancel immediately. Cancelled it and it did cancel immediately.

          • @sjj89: Link for picture of email for when I signed up for 6 month trial, it says in the email that you lose access immediately. Not sure if that's just for trials or includes subscriptions.

pretty sure nothing will happen until the app goes to renew.

You should be okay, but why not just cancel the subs the normal way?

    • Guessing the OP thinks they found a way to get 'free' subs…..

Usually nothing will happen until payment system attempts for renewal. At that point you may be put onto a grace period or the subscription is cancelled.
