Thank you, almost brought this at $219 on Amazon, glad I held off and got this deal instead!

    • I have had this in my Amazon basket for weeks now, glad I waited (and was building my Ecto-1)

    $159 with newsletter sign up

    • How do you get $10 voucher with the newsletter? Or is that an old promo?

      • +1

sign up to the newsletter (scroll to bottom of the page) and they will send you the $10 off coupon

      • +1

I went to target.com.au, scrolled to bottom, pasted in my 10 minute mail address, received email, filled in profile (mostly questions about what categories you are interested in purchasing so they can market), received another email with code, entered code in checkout. $10 off.

    • ~$143 with Coles Group & Myer GC.

How do you use fly buy points? In the promo section?

        • Ok where sorry?
There’s a promo code page but that doesn’t say anything apart from you putting your fly buy points card - to receive points from this purchase I assume

Thanks OP, got one. This looks epic! Now to try to force myself to share the building with my kid

Also available is the LEGO® Technic Material Handler 42144 https://www.target.com.au/p/lego-reg-technic-material-handle…
    Online only.

Cheaper than anything in Ozbargain search history
CCC has its lowest historical at $118, so could be all time low.

Could have made my first ever deal post, but thought I'd just add it here instead.

If you've got limited resources or space, get the helicopter, which is better value, especially if you've already got another pneumatic set.

    • The RRP on that was was terrible value, so at $109 its far closer to where it should of been at the start. Still feels like it should be sub $100.

    • this 42144 is pretty good, I got one already, really need buy :)

Thanks OP. My wife is going to kill me.

    • +2

delivered to the work address. wait for good time to bring home.

      • If wife is smart she would see it on combined bank account

        • It’s target. Could be anything.

        • And if you are smart you wouldn't be using a combined bank account.

    • What’s that saying, better to ask forgiveness then permission? Lol

    Amazon just price matched https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B09QG2V2XZ

      Thanks for sharing!

Wow Although I might try this target $10 signup voucher to get it cheaper but good to see Amazon match pricing

    • +1

Thanks for that. Amazon and Jeff FTW.

Taking my chances with Amazon, as Target are consistently cancelling oversold orders these days.

If there is no stock in your locality (or even state) , then it seems to greatly diminish your odds of getting the order fulfilled as very few seem to come from a central location.

        • Same. I went with Amazon because Target cancels so many orders.

  • +1

    got it for $150.55

$10 newsletter voucher and 5% team member discount.

Bought it after watching the reviews. The gearbox setups are insane.

  • Ordered one with the newsletter code.
    Thanks op.

  • not available in WA, sad

    • That's pretty typical for so many Target/Kmart/BigW Lego deals unfortunately.

    • +1

      Try amazon?

      • Good call, they're price-matching it seems. You should post a separate deal.

  • Ordered with code too, been watching this set for a while

  • Order one, wait for long to get this cheapest price lol

Just wait for 42151 get discount ~~~

  • Amazon all sold out.

    • Back in stock!

      • Ordered from Target and claimed $20 from flybuys.

  • Bought last year for just under $200 so this is a good price :)

  • For anyone still on the fence, you may be able to buy via Shopback + Westpac for an additional 15% cashback (max $20). Toys look to be included category at 0.5%.

    • That’s not a thing, Amazon don’t have cash back on toys, and there’s been no Westpac offer for Target.

  • my target order says "packing item" …maybe no cancellation …..

    • Mine says that as well. Fingers crossed that we are good!

    • It been #1` on Amz in Toys since yesterday and still going strong at this price. Meaning a ton of stock has been dropped and distributed . I wouldn't worry about this one not being supplied .

  • Got a tracking number now :) thanks OP…i was worried they would cancel

  • +1

I was supposed to buy this earlier … tonight checked out of stock … checked Amazon link it’s gone back up … rechecked target and you can still buy the helicopter so not sure how it’s back in stock but I just placed an order

Let’s hope it doesn’t get canceled but yeah back in stock as of tonight
