[NSW] Nissin Raoh Tonkotsu/Soy Sauce Ramen 95g x 5 Packs $3.50 @ Coles, Rhodes

140

The Coles at Rhodes NSW is selling these noodles at $7.00, and when I check out, it is $3.50, which make it 70 cents per pack. These might be limited stock at limited coles— so good luck.

I cannot find it on the coles website.

FYI. These are made in Vietnam, and from the package, it appears to be for the Taiwan Market.

These are pretty solid and if I have the correct ones in mind, they're only around 350 calories per serve/packet as they aren't fried.

  • My dates really dig these.

    • But what about your toilets plumbing?

For those not near a Coles that stock this, you pay a bit more from amazon delivered: https://www.amazon.com.au/Nissin-Tonkotsu-Flavour-Instant-Pa…

      Totally different product

    • Very different packaging. Are you certain they are the same products?

    • Not the same

    • That one seems to be Kyushu tonkotsu, while the one in OP's deal is Raoh tonkotsu.
Don't ask me what the difference is I have no idea lol.

Also someone took a photo of the Amazon one's back of the pack info and it says made in Hong kong. While OP's is made in Vietnam.

This version the noodle is ultra oily. I recommend staying away even at this price.

These are good, strong chicken broth, chewy in a good way noodle. I also picked them up at $3.50 in Victoria in the last couple of weeks.

Different to the green ones mentioned above.

I've banned myself from buying noodles cos I grabbed everything Coles/Woollies had ranged for and then discounted after CNY. Need a dedicated room!
