    Check your emails, they just sent me a $50 gift card ($51 minimum spend). Bought another 6 pairs of pants for $21.40 delivered even though my first order hasn't arrived. For less than $4 each it's a no brainer!

                @Bargain Fighter: $200+ in total. Someone gave me a pair of eubi pants and the quality and fit was great especially for $9.90. I bought some all day shorts, lounge joggers ($6 each!!), all day flex joggers, lounge shorts, golf shorts, swimming shorts, jeans shorts. Literally almost everything that had my size (M) lol. Bought some for the family as well.

    Only received the delay e-mail, and no updates or anything on the ETA of my order being dispatched.

    I tried contacting Eubi support and they said the generic info below:

    'There were almost 2000 orders to be fulfilled on Monday.

    Hence, orders might experience some delays in fulfillment as our warehouse was not ready for the sudden surge in order volume.

    Rest assured as our warehouse is doing its best to fulfill all the orders.

    However, we did come across orders that were delivered before the tracking was sent to customers.

    So there is a change the order is already shipping but missed out on the tracking update.'

    Got my notifications that my order has been shipped, but going by the auspost tracking it’s send as a standard parcel with standard delivery ETA, even though I paid for express. I’ll wait and see if it turns up in the next couple of days….

    Received a delay email a week after purchase but got my order delivered yesterday.

    Very good quality especially for their price! The hoodies and track pants will be great as Winter warmers. the single down vote must be from someone who paid 3x-5x the discounted price. LOL.

    First half of my order arrived.

    The colorblocks bamboo shorts are so comfortable! It's so soft and the material is great.

    The flex joggers were a bit too big, sent an email to cso and they responded in an hour and I've sent them back to exchange for a smaller size.

    The signature lounge joggers aren't as comfortable as the colorblock bamboo shorts, but it's still really good. I love the fit. It's not baggy like most jogger pants out in the market. Plus they were $6 each!

    The all day chino shorts is my favourite. It's hard to explain but I love the fit and how flexible it is. Much more comfortable than the regular stiff chino shorts.

    All in all I'm extremely happy with the items and service. Next batch of shipment coming on Wednesday!

    Would like to share my view. After a whole month waiting, i got the email sent out said thay they had oversold the item, ending up cancel and refund the order. This is sad 😞 and upsetting

      Similar story here. I hadn't heard for about 2 weeks, so I emailed and they advised that all but 1 of my items had been oversold, so they offered credit or a refund. I checked their other clearance items and found some suitable replacements at the same price and emailed them, but by the time they responded the next day the price of the clearance items had doubled! I ended up cancelling the order :(

    Update 2:

    Second half of my order arrived. This shipment consists mostly lounge shorts and some chino shorts.

    The lounge shorts fits amazingly well and like the other products, it's so soft and comfortable. And it feels high quality, not like the thin crap you buy from kmart or cotton on. Front pockets have zips and they're YKK branded.

    All day chinos 3.0 is similar to the all day chinos 2.0, just that it has a longer inseam (9" vs 7") but it's a slimmer fit than the 2.0. Also there's an additional front pocket with zips.

    Regarding the exchange, I sent back my items on Monday and they've received it today and immediately created a new order for me with the same items but different sizes. One of the item was out of stock but they were nice enough to replace it with another colour instead of a store credit. Should be receiving the items next week!

    Customer service was great, most of my emails were replied to within an hour or so.

      My experience is different. I got my order 2 days ago. Like your comment above, 5x Flex joggers and 2x Chino Pants are too big. I emailed them to request return to exchange to a smaller size. They refused with reason stated on their website that Clearance items are not eligibile for exchange or refund.

        When I ordered the pants, exchanges were allowed but not returns for clearance items. But few days later the wording was changed to no exchanges or refunds. So i guess it depends on when you placed your order.

    Received my order today after my earlier order was returned to them due to wrong address. One item still missing. The box which I received today has their warehouse address mentioned on two sides of the box on A4 size sheets and my Australia Post tiny label was affixed on the top. …no wonder Australia Post had to return it to them earlier. Even second time around, they sent the same box again and wonder how it got delivered correctly!! What a crap service.
