Anyone heard whispers that the Victorian government will be extending the energy rebate to also replace gas hot water, cooktops, etc with electric?

That doesn’t cover replacing gas with heat pump hot water
I talked to the guy fixing my aircon the other day about it, all the rebates for various products start in May as well from manufacturers. Right now everyone is still focused on solar (he was flat out) so he recommended I wait until May.
I saw something about May 31st for the rebates as well. So presumably it's all coming then.
