I bought myself a North Bayou H100 for my Xiaomi 34-inch curved ultrawide and it seems to be that the monitor appears to be slouching down as the monitor arm cannot seem to handle the weight and the further centre-of-gravity as this is a curved monitor.
What monitor arms are you guys using for your Xiaomi and dell ultra wides?
Second this - I absolutely love mine, well worth the money
Have you adjusted the tension spring and various joints?
Most monitor arms have various adjustments to accommodate different weight monitors.
I use the H100 for my Xiaomi 34 and works fine provided you tension it correctly.
I have the same setup as you, I don’t have the issue you’ve described though? Might just need some adjusting as already mentioned.
Problem is I've hit the max on the tilt tension adjustment.
I got the F100A. I struggle to get a tension on the tilt that makes it easy to adjust but won't sag. I'm either sagging, or turn the tension half a twist and it's then so tight I need to jerk the monitor to tilt it. but other than that it's holding well on the arm itself.

That's completely normal. At least on my Ergotron holding a 31.5 inch monitor that's how it came from factory and up/down tilt requires quite a bit of force, but obviously because of that it stays put.
I don't think there is a "in between" tightness with a hinge on a tightened screw. (if it's easy to adjust then it's too loose and it will sag and even slowly sagging over time would be a problem)
My issue is that I've hit the max tension on the tilt but the monitor just sags down. Maybe not the max tension but I'm kinda scared of breaking it by overtightening
I have xiaomi 34 uw and the $59 Kogan Full Motion Gas Spring supported it perfectly

Pricey but nothing beats this brand - easy to adjust, set up and modular design. Feels very robust.
