Prezzee Kmart Minimum $250?

I just went to Prezzee to redeem $50 for Kmart and eventually discovered it is minimum $250. As my highest superswap card is $150 I cant even get that. They used to have smaller Kmart. This is most inconvenient

    1. Have you tried to reach out to prezee?

    2. I had a similar problem with Ikea prezee swaps about 2 years ago, where I was advised by CS that the cards were 'sold out' for everything except the smallest size (which i think was $10 at the time).

    Took about 7 weeks but then I could redeem for $500 cards again once 'restocked'.

    I had a semi similar issue with Swap where Amazon let's you buy any denomination, but when I actually went to use it in Swap, there was no way I could redeem my whole card, and would be short about $9. They did give me a refund and cancelled the card, so if yours is a similar concept maybe they can just cancel it
