Missed out on https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/750480 and everything else feels like a bad deal now.
I plan to buy 2-3 cards, 128/256 GB to be used on phones for extra photo storage.
I've been going through deals that offer 5/10% off buying 2 or more cards but nothing seems to comes close to that deal above so I've been holding off.

a phone for photo storage is asking for pain. esp if youre storing 200+ gb of photos on it!
please backup to an external device or cloud.
my phone photos live on my phone temporarily and then get flushed to the cloud, then flushed to my nas and external and offsite backup disks, and then a smaller shrunk photos re uploaded to the cloud for a moving 12m window of easy access photos. the rest remain in the nas and backups
