  So if I'm reading it right, you can pick different beans, but not customise the roast level - and each bean has its own roasting level so you could end up with a mix of light, medium and dark roasted beans? Also it would be hard to know the roast date which is pretty important. Interesting idea but its a pass from me.

  Thanks for the offer.

  I like the idea and have made a custom blend.

  Now lets see if it is any good.

  Obviously not expecting all the beans to be roasted on the same day and then blended but also curious as to the age of the roasted beans to be used in these blends.

  Was just about to order but realised these are 500g prices not 1kg
