NAB Buy Now Pay Later

Anyone use NAB buy now pay later? its very confusing I paid my first payment for first instalment, then they made a second plan of the same purchase charged me the first payment again, very confusing, but the 1st payment was taken out which I did not receive back. They said they have to proof of me making the first payment

    Just pay for items in full and you won't have any issues.

        Go into a physical branch in-person and show them your the transactions / charges / payments ?

    Next time pay online via an account rather than sliding an envelope under the branch door after close …

      OMG, is their "ATM" cash deposit machine still the same ancient letterbox via envelope ?

      I have used once 15 years ago and never again.
