      Having been a fan of Aperol and Campari for decades, I'm so pleased to now have an Australian alternative to support. And they taste fantastic, so pleased.

      Tested them side-by-side. Sofi Blood orange & Bitters is sweeter than Aperol and missing the grapefruit bitter note (like in Campari), but more intense IMO.
      I'd go with Sofi (maybe with a dash of Campari sometimes), especially for $12.5 per bottle (Tbh, I'd go with Sofi with the equal prices too)

        Thanks both.

        I would try it in a heartbeat but after reading the part about lack of bitterness I can't commit to a couple of cases. I used to live in Switerzland the land of Aperol haha and so not sure my family would be satisified if it's sweeter and not as bitter.

        OP: can I try this anywhere? is it in the pubs etc?

      fortified so no expiry as such but would say best before 18 months from now approx. similar timeline for the prosecco in the mixed pack to be optimal condition
