Going to Ed Sheeran tomorrow night, and have been getting messages from Ticketek about preparing for the event including downloading the Ticketek app (done), sharing tickets with others in the party, and loading the tickets into your Apple or Google Wallet to make it easier to enter and not be dependent on mobile data reception. So that made sense.
Except I can't see any option in the Ticketek app to load the tickets into my Google Wallet. The button they show in their help screenshots is for Apple Wallet.
I guess I'll just use the Ticketek app to enter us on the night, but wanted to see if the button was available to other Android users in their Ticketek app, and/or if I'm doing something wrong.
Yeah I haven't seen it show up either (android s22+), but accessing tickets in the Ticketek app is easy enough
