PC Setup Comparison Help Please

I recently missed the deal on a gaming PC.

I am not a Tech savvy person. So I have tried around a few sites which posted deals on OZB, and found the following deal.

Just would like your opinion..are they pretty much the same thing? From what I can see on the surface, the second one also included wifi and I can C&C as well since they are in Melbourne.

          Windows sold separately, so factor this in final price

            @Bafranz: so neither included windows? Am I right? Any suggestion where I can get cheap windows key please?

              @rayraywangy: You can activate windows for free through this
              You can also upgrade editions (for example if windows 11 home is installed you can upgrade to 11 pro)
              You just need to run the line through PowerShell and follow the prompts. Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes

                @QF99: Thanks heaps…would you mind have a look at the links I posted, apart from the brand for the parts. are these two pc pretty much the same build with the second one added with wifi please…

                  @rayraywangy: Yes they're pretty similar, the tiny difference is a better power supply (BPC's) and a better motherboard with wifi.
