I'd be wondering if they are more tied to Rare given they were completely new IPs as opposed to say DK, GE007…
I wouldn't be holding my breath, such a tremendous waste though with Conkers in particular.
Though they did get Banjo…. So who knows.
Huge waste with Conker! Such a clever game for its time and overall decent game play. Especially multi player on the N64 was so much fun! adding in all sorts of cheat codes was unreal in 4 player. Just didnt get the same feeling on Xbox multi .. so much more they could have done :(

No. I've only ever come across 1 game that was removed from my DL history on 360. Can't recall whet it is off the top of my head.
Everything else I've purchased is still able to be downloaded. No reason this won't be for an eternity. Especially given Xbox has committed to staying in the same ecosystem from now on, which is fantastic for backwards compatibility.
I bought the disc version of this years ago, but it looks like only those who bought the digital version get the Golden Eye update free. Thanks Nintendo.
Damn, I was gonna say, i've played the disc but never seen Golden Eye in the collection anywhere. Still not available as an update for the physical release?
A swell collection, to be sure… but most importantly, it's 2023 and we can buy GoldenEye for 12.50.
Rebought it digitally the second they announced GoldenEye would be included (had a disc copy years back), finally got the last achievement a week or two back. Absolute (profanity) blast without having to setup the stupid ass Nintendo 64 control schemes in an emulator for the first time.

We tried it today (we have GPU) and even the Spectrum classics like SabeWulf and Jetpac look fine on an XSX running in 4K.
I told my son that Dad played Jetpac 40 years ago.
Games have come a long way!
Being a 1st party title it'll likely remain in GP.
Wouldn't have licensing issues like Forza for example.
Wouldn't mind playing Conker's Bad Fur Day and Perfect Day. Hoping they'll come to NSO, or has the licensing issues only been sorted for Goldeneye and won't include other Rare titles?
