  My dentist told me these things are waste of money. You can use water with salt everyday and its even better.

      they are sale people. This is my dentist's recommendation. Salt water also works for me when i have swollen gums. Listerine or Colgate does't help me anything except their good smell. My previous post was not clear. My dentist told me these things are waste of money and he recommended me to use salt water instead of Listerine and Colgate mouthwash

    I don't mind the Colgate ones but this one in particular hits harder with breath/mouth feeling fresher for longer
