Stumbled on this on the eBay plus page. If you redeem the current March offer you qualify to receive a $20 or $25 voucher that should be delivered in April.

Key T&C's from the page:
Offer Period. The offer will only be available from 10:00 (AEDT) on 3 March 2023 until 23:59 (AEDT) on 12 March 2023 (“Offer Period”). eBay reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time.
Eligibility. This offer is available to Eligible Users. “Eligible Users” means:
- non-eBay Plus members on eBay.com.au who have made a purchase from the 15%/17% March Sale (and entered the redemption code SMAR15 into the redemption code box during the checkout process) using their eBay account during the Offer Period; and
- eBay Plus members on eBay.com.au who have made a purchase from the 15%/17% March Sale (and entered the redemption code SMAR17 into the redemption code box during the checkout process) using their eBay account during the Offer Period. eBay Plus Terms and Conditions apply.
Conditions. This offer entitles Eligible Users to an eBay voucher (“Voucher”) valued at:
- $20 for non-eBay Plus members; and $25 for eBay Plus members.
A limit of 1 Voucher per Eligible User applies. The User of the Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
Voucher Issue. The Voucher will be issued to the Eligible User’s eBay account on or around 7 April 2023.

      I'm still struggling to use the previous voucher, since it and this one are for Eligible Items

      I had 3 eBay Plus items in my cart yesterday >$150 and it wouldn't let me use it…

  Used to be $150 minimum spend. It's eligible items too so I would recommend not buying specifically to get this coupon, you may not end up using it.

    So you have to spend $200 just to use the $20/$25 voucher.

      Yes, and the voucher they give you only works on "eligible items" which there are none.

  Dont fall for these stupid vouchers. Your likely to get a better discount from the standard codes they put out every so often. Went to use a $25 voucher from previous sale. Met min $150 spend. Wont work as its on selected items where you specifically see on the listing you can use the voucher. Dodgy AF.

    Wow missed that part. That is dodgy. Good thing I don't shop much on eBay 😂.

    If the offer should be "Spend over $200 AND use the 15%/17% off code then you will get a bonus $20/$25 voucher afterwards with NO minimum spend".

  Yeah Nar… I earned myself a $25 voucher from the eBay Black Friday sales and still can't jump through the right hoops to spend it. Even had a chat with eBay customer service who couldn't give me a straight answer.

  These vouchers are dodgy as! Last time I received the $80 sign up bonus won't work on any other promo.
  What's worst, the seller cancelled my order and eBay won't re-issue my voucher even though it's not my fault that the seller cancelled my order!

  Why does the $200 voucher-enabling threshold exclude postage? I thought eBay collected fees on postage these days to stop cheap items being listed with expensive postage. The postage is part of the item's price and has been for a long time.

  These vouchers are worthless due to the conditions. I still have the $20 one from December, but due to the "eligible items only" clause and the $150 spend required there's absolutely nothing to use it on.
