Price Difference Guarantee Virgin Airlines

Hi OzB family. I bought 3 tickets (economy class -choice)from Virgin Australia last to week from Sydney to Brisbane for next year Jan 2024, when I bought The tickets, they were about $199, so I booked them assuming I am booking in advance and I will get the lower/best price.

But now the same tickets have been reduced by about $70 each making it about $129 each and I am quite disappointed by this, can anybody advise if I am able to get the price difference from them as the tickets were only booked last week. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  You're out of luck. The best thing you could do now is cancel to travel bank, cop the cancellation fee of $89 for each ticket and then rebook.

  Are you sure you're looking at the right fare i.e. Lite vs Choice? I can't imagine Virgin selling $70 fares Syd-Bne during the January school holidays

    Sorry I just edited the post the original price of the tickets were $199 and now they have gone to $129..

      $109 - $199 depending on date and time

      OK, you're out of luck, there's no point cancelling and rebooking at that price due to the fees.
