      S3 needs a new version of the connector supposedly.

      Apparently there are s3 to s2 adaptors so you can use the old s2 cable on the s3 but I don't know if there are any drawbacks which prompted Samsung to change the cable.

    I bought this one from eBay a week ago: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=30…
    … it was basically the same price, worked great in my galaxy nexus, it was a local receipt that included GST, and I had it in days because it was shipped locally, as opposed to some Meritline stuff that takes closer to a month to arrive. For this particular product, I'd definitely buy from eBay, because it's the same or better in every way.
