Just bought a Herman Miller Embody for $1450. A few months old but almost 12 years warranty left.
Mainly ex-demo/display stock.
Most Aerons are sold. Some Mirra and Embodys left. A lot of Sayl.

I just bought mine before 12pm, and there was still 6-7 Embodys available. Just be aware, the warranty is 12 years from manufacture, and the dates on the chairs are all over the place. A fair few built in 2020, 21 and a couple in 22, but I found one that was a 2017 build and it cost the same as the others.

Keep an eye out on FB marketplace. I recall last warehouse sale, some people ended up trying to sell them for the same cost cause they didn't end up liking the chair

Don’t bother unless you want a Sayl. Shit traffic. No parks. Everything still overpriced. There was 1 broken aeron left

That is the most realistic looking showroom I have seen, they even have laundry hanging up to really give you the feel of what it would be like in your home.

Went at around 4pm and got a brand new Aeron for $1640, which I thought was pretty good value considering the high retail prices now. They said they would be restocking tomorrow.
Was it BNIB or were they just on the floor out of the box?

@tempestswitch: I went this morning, no embodys new or ex display. They were selling aerons though, brand new, for $1990.
Who tf spends $1500 on an office chair?

Ergonomics are vital if you are in a chair all day for work. I bought 2 embodys for $2,300 each about 5 years ago since working from home. I don't get it when people say "$2,000 for a chair", but depends how long you are in it and what you get out of it.
Same with a bed. I would pay $8K for a good ergonomic bed, as you spend 30% of your life asleep (on average if 8hrs per night).
Each to their own though. I could say the same about spending $3,000 on a speaker system, but it depends on what you want to get out of it at the end of the day.
How does everyone find out about these warehouse sales?
