    For a long time it was the only way to jailbreak, but a new jailbreak came out in the past few days which presumably kills the value of FW9.00 ones.

      Oh really? Do you have a link for it? I normally follow Reddit PS4 homebrew and not aware of this other new jailbreak.

        Seems to be called the Mastc0re exploit. Doesn't seem as stable/available as the 9.00 webkit exploit so your console is still of value as exploitable.

          @Switchblade88: Oh that, well that's only for loading PS2 games. It's not really the same as the fw9.0 webkit exploit.
