.to be honest, this is a very hard question to answer. You haven't provided much info other than value.
Value means a lot of different things to a lot of people. Some people value the price over anything else. Some people value the picture quality. Some people value the refresh rate. Some people value the resolution. Some people value the sound quality.
It really depends on what is more important to you and it is a VERY subjective topic
ps. Sorry didn't answer your question, but this is based on my experience. I value quality of a panel and the features it come with. I have friends who care about nothing but the size and cheapest they can pay
Most brands have the option to turn on a sports mode to show movement faster. When you go in store, the TVs are all set up in retail mode to show bright colours etc. Just ask them to put it into sports mode and get them to show you some quick moving footage. I like the TCL TVs for price/quality, but individual preference will mean that you may be satisfied with something cheaper.
