I'm considering buying one of the current BPC Tech pre-builts, but I'm a bit concerned that something better could come up during the ~3-4 week waiting period.
I can't find anything on their website about their cancellation policy, except for backorders (https://www.bpctech.com.au/termsconditions).
Anyone have experience with cancelling an order from them before it's been assembled, and was it straightforward?

Chances are they treat it like a "return" and thus at their discretion and/or subject to restocking fee.
theres always something better around the corner…
send them a message on here, they seem to have been pretty good in the past.
But what if the something better also has a 4 week wait, and during that time something better again also comes available?
