How does purchasing commercial work? Do you only need a ABN?
Often available through other services, one example is Rest super customers get access as part of being with Rest. I’m on mobile but hopefully someone can link the thread that has a list of low requirement places to get access. Some bank institutions also offer it, I can get JBHIFI Commercial through Westpac too.
I found access through Australian Retirement Trust has a better discount than Rest.

About the same from my experience, not 100% but had no issues with my manual claims either so far.
I bought a pair of seconds XM4s yesterday for $279 from the Sony eBay store, there may be some left but stock was low when I got mine. SMAR15/17 didn’t work but eBay just shovelled out a code to me on the page for $20 off, you can also sign up for eBay plus($5pm) for a $10 voucher to get another $5 off if you are so inclined.
My XM5 handle snapped for no reason. Anyone else with the samr issue? XM3 design was a lot better and stronger
What handle? Do you mean the headband?
Yes it broke at the turning joint. Very flimsy. Luckiyi was able to get Sony to replace it free of charge.

Only for black? Wanted to get the silver ones but couldn't find them? To me silver looks better and I also heard that black attracts a lot of fingerprints while silver doesn't?
I read that the silver gets discoloured over time.
