We just call those overpriced, impractical, status symbol prams - "rickshaws", for reasons that may or may not be obvious.
The only pram worth spending good money on is a Phil&Teds sport.
We have a Phil & Teds explorer with a second seat, just upgrading from a bugaboo, since we got our second child. While the P&T is nice, the bugaboo is actually a bit more refined, as long as you don't have two kids.
