Had an extremely bad experiences with online shopping. Bought two items and they only sent one after about a month.
Told me that the other is out of stock. Was going to keep the full shipping cost until they are reminded of the Australian consumer law.
Horrible support team.
Since Rivers were sold off the quality has been dreadful.
When I bought some shirts last year from them it took months for a couple of them and they arrived individually. I think some of the items are drop shipped so that when you order online they are sent direct from the manufacturer overseas.
I haven't bought anything from Rivers since before COVID, but the standard prices seem much, much higher.
Looks that way… marking up to get a "discount" although against standards it can be very hard to prove.
Has Rivers fixed it's online model?
I have ordered before and my product did not turn up. Was a bit of a nightmare getting a refund (took ages).
