There's a promotion going on in KFC USA that gives out beta codes to whoever orders eligible items over email. This method only works with Chrome browser as other browsers don't have Google Pay option at check out. Works on mobile as well, credit @crunchynuts for the information.

This is for those who are interested/eager to play in the 3 day early access beta (Saturday, March 18th at 3AM AEDT - Tuesday, March 21st at 6AM AEDT) but don't wanna fork out a full purchase. For those who can wait an extra week for the open beta (no purchase required, which will be open to everyone) starts on Saturday March 25th at 3AM AEDT - Tuesday, March 28th at 6AM AEDT you can just wait :).

  • VPN to USA
  • Open Chrome browser/app (make sure you're signed into your Gmail account) and go to https://www.kfc.com/menu/sandwiches/chicken-little
  • Add to cart and select Quick Pickup
  • Search for the Delaware store(it's a bit cheaper than Alabama) or Alabama store > (I choose KFC 1326 Highland Avenue) and continue
  • Cart should be $2.63 USD tax included
  • For the name, type in Pass it on (in hopes to give the burger to a random customer in Alabama ;D)
  • Enter a random US phone number, and type in your email address
  • Select GPAY and pay with your Australian bank card
  • You will receive an email confirming your order once confirmed
  • Wait for the email containing your early access beta code
  • Enter the code at https://diablo4.blizzard.com/en-us/beta-code and select your preferred platform
  • Viola, you're in.

          Yes, there's 2 different betas that will be going on. Early access beta (3 days) and the open beta (another 3 days) which is one week apart from one another. So that'll be 6 days all together.

    Why would you pay money to be in a beta for a developer that has a bad recent history of making predatory games?

    I get the hope it's a good game but your money really is spent better elsewhere until reviews can at least verify its not a micro transaction grindy mess.

      It's pretty much a demo until the first act of the game which caps your level to 25 if I remember correctly. There will be some open world stuff as well such as a world boss in the beta.

          You will receive an automated email that includes the code after you pay for the item. It might take up to a few hours depending on traffick but most users get it within 30 minutes.

      McDonald's App here doesn't make your order until you arrive and select that you are there in the app. Hopefully KFC does the same and doesn't bin 100 chicken sandwiches.

    Get to setting the location but then it throws this at me.

    Tried on my phone aswell, using surfshark and tried a few different USA server locations.

    Fixed it, had to choose a different kfc in alabama , must be overloaded.

    Be sure to select a US location with no sales tax, as every state is different! Definitely don't pick a spot in New York or California…

    Might be cheaper to "order" from no sales tax states like Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.
