Opting in to Qantas FF with Commbank

I have just opted into Qantas FF with my existing Commbank credit card awards.

Does anyone know if they transfer existing points (I have over 400,000 which is roughly equivalent to 170,000 Qantas points). They are telling me my existing points will transfer at my next billing cycle (3 weeks) and my awards points balance is now showing zero.

But I read on this page that existing points are not transferred, only points earned after your opt in date. Does anyone know if this is still the case or is the CBA misinforming me?
