KFC Changes to Rewards for Feedback

KFC have changed the free chips and drink to only a 600ml drink as a feedback reward now.
I wonder if the old reward was valued too much, as the regular chips has increased to $3.45, might have
to ditch the weekly regular lunch routine.

    Doesn’t bother me. I prefer the 600ml drink over a regular chips and drink anyway.

    I’m ashamed to say I have never claimed a feedback reward despite having kfc minimum once a week, sometimes up to 3 times a week. The whole time I said I’ll leave feedback a little later, I’ll leave it a little later - And when I went to leave feedback… the reward had changed. And when I asked the guy if it would ever come back again, he said he didn't know.

        I learned the secret that allows you to eat heaps of junk food without gaining weight. I don't recommend it.

    I would've thought that the drink would be higher cost to them (and it probably is) but what sort of crazy person is going to line up at kfc to get a free drink and not buy chips or chicken? Genius giving you a complimentary product instead of what the majority would want.

    You should get the feedback rewards for doing the feedback in the app instead of just their virtual fist bump

    Anyone having issues with redeeming the free 600ml drink after the feedback? I recevied an email after completing the feedback form which said i need to spend another $4.95 to get the 600ml code so I did that and still got nothing. I then opened a ticket with KFC customer service on the 23rd of March and they're completly ghosting me.
