Oh my dear! What’s the regular price for this?

    • +3

Authenics go for about $400. Read the post

      • Happy to leave more for you! Spend your money Bill!!!

  • bilbo bargain

    $270 for a $5 garment.
    A sucker born every minute.

    • +2

Can you make my one for $5, happy to give you $20 for your time.

      • -1

I could contract a Vietnamese or Chinese clothing manufacturer to make an moq for $5, sure, you could too.

Making up some nonsense rrp and then selling them for a $300 'sale' price to people who think they're worth that much unfortunately doesn't seem to be a stretch either.

Stop spouting bs. They are plenty of fake jerseys, and some are actually really good, but they sell for about $30-50USD (real ones are $120). And that's for current Nike Swingman jerseys. Not Mitchell & Ness throwbacks

How is this different to a $200+ Lego set that's $5 of plastic in a cardboard box?

      Or a Macpac jacket that's a $2 garment?

Or a pair of RM Williams that's at best a $10 one-cut leather chelsea boot with a Goodyear welt and made in SA?

This is a site for bargains, and I tried to contribute by posting a deal. Should everyone just stop posting deals like the ones I mentioned above? When I see a deal that I'm not interested in, or have nothing to contribute to, I just ignore it and move along.

Likely a bargain when you realise only 9,999,000 of these were made.

    • So not really authentic?

  • Nice found. Are the shorts included?
Pippen 33 or Rodman 91 is $15x, that is more affordable.

    • Are the championship rings include for the price more like it???….

      • +1

        Nope, just onion rings

    • The Kobe and Jordan jerseys are 'Authentic', meaning they are an authentic replica (an oxymoron, I know) of the game-worn jerseys and have better materials and the letters/numbers are stitched to the jersey rather than heat pressed on the Pippen and Rodman you refer to. You can get equivalent Jordan and Kobe jerseys for $15x, but they are not Authentic.

The word authentic has an interesting meaning here

    • Many words have different meanings. The swingman is the cheaper version and they make them for lots of players. An authentic is a better quality jersey with more attention to detail, and only made for certain players. So on this case "authentic" is a differentiator and also a descriptor for the quality of the product.

      • To me, 'authentic' would be a jersey bought in the same season or shortly after.

Like a first edition book. Reprints rarely cost $$$

        • +1

Game-worn "authentic" jersey, or even an original from 1998 = $5k maybe? I don't know. Game-worn would be tens, hundreds of thousands
"Authenthic" re-issue of an iconic jersey that's currently the best quality one available = $270

    Thanks OP. Got the Kobe's.

I bought one of these jerseys but I've never bought an eneloop, nor 90% of the other stuff that features on the site.

Are you an ozbargainer? Or just someone with a different preference for how you spend your disposable income?
