Good on my side. Got one pair of Kinvara 13 around 9am, Tracking number received 10am, from Startrack, lol.
Got a refund email from Paypal saying the refund is from Platypus :(
the importer along with a bunch of other brands and stores is Accent Group who also own platypus and hype

I did receive the order confirmation email from Saucony soon after payment. I also created an account using same email and I can see order history there. But the order is still in processing status.
Lucky, I got the confirmaiton but when I created an account and check order history it says cancelled, despite nothing from Saucony, only a paypal email saying I'm refunded.
Think it's pretty shocking for them not to even send an apology

I got refund for endorphin speed 3 too. Obviously they believe $89 for the shoes is price error and it is not their priority to explain anything for this.

Both Afterpay orders cancelled/refunded. One was fully paid, the other was 1/4 paid. No backup Speed 3, would've loved to try the Triumph 20.

I got refunded through afterpay, with no email from Saucony. Had 2 seperate orders, one arrived this morning. About an hour later, the delivery guy came back, wanting the package back. His manager sent me a copy of email from Auspost with about 10 addresses to cancel delivery and return to sender. Email didn't give any reason. Called Saucony while driver waited and they agreed to let me keep package. Anyone who has a delivery coming, bring in quickly, much easier to negotiate with a bird in the hand!

I orderd shoes for my kid and it came today without tracking number. Good gift for his birthday.
I got the refund, and also received the shoes just now. I tried to contact with Saucony support and they said the payment team will followup on the payment. Speed 3 are good shoes, I am happy to pay the sales price for it.

It's an Ozbargains Christmas! Got email apologising for the backend website error that caused refund and I can keep shoes with no further charges.

I got refund then a shipping email from star track, then start rtack was cancelled by seller, then I got another notice I was receiving yesterday, then a note say its delivered but nothing was delivered.
I ordered Monday and was refunded by Wednesday.
I got a tracking number that has been at "Ready for processing" since last Thursday.
I'm guessing that my order was stopped before it got out of the building but they had already created the tracking number and assigned it to my order. Not expecting that tracking number will ever move.
Pretty disappointed in Saucony though. Fair enough if they messed up then they should cancel orders, I didn't expect them to honour $2 shoes, but sone of the other prices looked cheap but reasonable and no communication at all is pretty poor.
Nah this is standad for price errors, can't blame em for not reaching out.
So eventually I did get my order and also get refunded.
Ozbargain creds aside, I feel sorry for them for sending free shoes 😭
