$100 eGift Card for NSW CTP Renewal @ AAMI (Existing Customers)

I called AAMI as an existing customer to complain/advise that they were the most expensive in the market (by $12) for NSW CTP (green slip) insurance.

They said that they could not discount the CTP insurance but could instead offer me a $100 gift card for my loyalty.

The choice of retailers was
- Woolworths
- Coles
- Myer
- Bunnings
- The Iconic
- Uber Eats
- Priceline
- Rebel
- JB Hifi
- WISH (Big W, Dan Murphy’s, etc).

Worth a phone call if you’re with AAMI and your CTP renewal is coming up. They didn’t even check the other insurers coming up cheaper.

    I wasn't.

    Worst experience with a business I ever had.

    Complete stuff up after stuff up. Had to take them to AFCA.

    Bad reviews and no one from AAMI bothers responding

  I used to be AAMI for home and car insurance. However, they keep increasing prices, so that now become not competitive at all.
  I would say it is better looking for other insurers than being bribed with gift card.

    I just renewed home insurance and they were the cheapest by a lot (compared the the others).
