Need Facebook Blue Tick Verification Reinstated

A friend had his account with over 50k followers hacked last year, he had his blue tick verified prior to that.

He managed to get his account back but lost around half of his followers and the blue tick. I have tried to fill out the form here to get it https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/295038365360854. Despite submitting the correct documentation, it got rejected a couple of times.

I have tried to outsource it to Upwork but no success.

I was wondering if any gurus out there have the know how? Willing to pay for your services.

          LOL, no mate, I'm a straight male and so is he. That's where the comments were heading!

          He is a public speaker and is doing it as a service, no money involved and I want to do my part and contribute.

            @haji: Maybe he should consider charging a bit of money so he can pay a social media pro to manage all this for him.

              @AustriaBargain: After a certain period, I will be. Just trying to sort this out for him first.

              What I meant by no money involved was that he isn't getting any money out of the effort he's putting in. It's more of a community service.

                  @AustriaBargain: We have spoken about it, and once I get his follower numbers up on the other platforms then I'll be getting paid.

                  Any help on getting the blue tick back?

    I thought they are moving to something like Meta Verified that gives you the blue tick for US$11.99/month?
