GPS and Note Pad APP

Hi all.

Anyone know of an Android Notes App which is linked to GPS?

Ie: i can have a shoping or to-do list and tag it to a Supermarket location orl buainess etc and when i get within a set distance i get a notification/reminder to the Note.

I know iPhone lets you have Siri remind you of stuff when you get to or leave certain locations. Android must have something similar built in by now. You don't need to to bring up the list, just to remind you to look at it. "Remember to look at your Woolworth's list", then search your Notes app for "Woolworths list".
