Any reviews from owners of these style of shavers?

Haven't used this particular model but my 3 blade panasonic shaver has been with me for 10+ year and still refuse to die, only replaced the black and mesh guard once.

Strongly not recommended coz you nvr know if they die first or u.

  • Does this model come with the linear motor?

  • Thought it was one of those windscreen hammers!

I'm a DE blade man myself, far cheaper.

  • I have a Panasonic one that looks similar to this but I think was $399 rrp. Paid about $200. I thought it was ok until I got a Braun free for product research. The Braun is 100 times better and cuts much much closer. To the point where I can't tell the difference between my DE razor in terms of closeness of shave. I don't even this the Bruan I got was a particularly good one either.

    • That's funny because my experience with Braun was the exact opposite. And it wasn't even free, about 6 years ago purchased a $99 Braun to replace the Panasonic I had. Big mistake. The Braun was pulling and tugging my hair every time I shaved. Never happened on the Panasonic. Not then and not now after I bought a $99 Panasonic 2 years later. The Shaver shop explained to me why the Panasonic was better, simply it came with a linear motor. Even on the cheaper version, unlike Braun.
And I still got it too. Hasn't been used for years. It is the Series 5 Model 5751.

      • Ah mine was a Series 7 Braun that sells for about $200
