  Lol, the Thunderbolt port is just a pass through to the laptop. The hub itself is just a standard usb-c hub. Dodgy product, IMO - almost done to appear in searches for Thunderbolt docks.

    So is it possible to use an USB-C extension cable and use it with just one port?

      Not sure. I would think it's not a great idea and by the time you're buying an extension cable, you may as well but a hub with a fixed cable.
