I would like to stock up on A4 papers now that my kids is at school age. When I was a kid I used Reflex but they seem pretty expensive now, used to be $3 a ream when special and normally $5. Now normal price is $7 and last time it was on special was 2022.
Anyone knows of any decent paper brand at reasonably price?

J Burrows is good paper, they use it in-house for Officeworks printing as well.
Otherwise I would just pickup the cheapest paper you can find because all the Australian made paper came out of that one mill in Victoria which has stopped production of Reflex since early this year.
Therefore the only A4 paper coming forward will likely be from overseas. If you are a collector, it might be a good idea to buy a few boxes of Reflex.

cheapest per sheet of paper. (just google printer paper, see prices @Auspost, officeworks, kmart, Supermarkets, and amazon). The end
You can also get paper from other places, and just use the other side for printing. (say you print 10 pages at school with your school printer, you keep 10 pages, and print on those 10 pages again, but on the other side)
ofcouse look for like standard paper specs ( i think 60 or 80 units something)

Big W, Good Guys, Officeworks, they all sell A4 of various brands. I haven't got a bad one yet, usually just under $5/500 sheets or what is now know as a ream of paper.
btw, look up ream, quire, etc for the real quantities, none of them come to 500. 480 yes.
Paper is so 80's. Most everything now is *.pdf or a *.doc file.
Most Officeworks offer 80gsm 500 Sheet @ $6.
