Wanting to get a sense of capital appreciation overtime for different property types (unit/townhouse) and suburbs. Anywhere I can find this data for free? Looking in VIC

  • if you want good data you are probably gonna have to pay for it, places like corelogic, realestate and domain are the industry leading sources of info on property.

    You can get access to RP Data for Residential Real Estate for a single month @$198 - suitable for home buyers and sellers. Consider that agents pay at least $169 per month so you're going to find this data hard to get for free

  • Reach out to a broker, they can get you a property report for free. It's also all the information of the property, suburb trends, the information is pretty detail
