Has anyone used Life Cykel brand? Or any similar recommendations? Interesting literature on this stuff, although couldn't find super legit prescriptive science around it.
Would love to hear your wisdom / opinion / experience around this.

Hi, welcome to planet earth, where people lie all the time. They especially lie a lot when they're trying to sell you something that does absolutely nothing but they would like to take your money.
Which is more likely, mushroom juice is the magical elixir of life, or some dodgy idiots are making big claims about mushroom juice selling it for a small fortune on the back of spending a lot of money on marketing instead of actual research?
Who cares about 'research' any more? If you have enough money you can buy any result you want. As for mushroom coffee, I tried it for a while and didn't notice much of anything really. Research done.
I looked it up after seeing this post. Based on their website I would think snake oil has better clinical efficacy
Buy or grow lions mane mushrooms and eat them? Then at least if it turns out they arent special you have still benefited from them nutritionally?
