Usual warning about PoK having the absolute worst customer service if something doesn't go right with your order. I had to get NSW Fair Trading involved to get a refund about 3 months after an order that never got delivered. Avoid like the plague IMHO.
On the other side of the fence… I ordered a butter dish through PoK which came smashed. Returned it, received another that was smashed. Returned it a second time, and third time lucky. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
