Cashrewards Submit Enquiry Not Working

Hi,

I have a cashrewards transaction that got declined, and I'm trying to submit an enquiry about it, but it isn't working. From the my rewards page, I select the declined transaction, click contact support, type in the cashback info into the popup, but when I click submit enquiry, nothing happens. I tried to submit it 2 weeks ago and it wasn't working. I though it would have been fixed by now, but still isn't working.Anybody else having the same issue with declined cashback enquiry? Thanks

  • Tried another browser/device and checked your adblocking isn't doing something funky?

  • Tried without ad block, chrome, and Firefox, different machines. Guess I'll just submit a normal enquiry from the contacts page or somewhere else instead of transaction list

    Send a Claim also doesn't work. It hasn't worked for me for at least 3 weeks. Should I email my missing claims to the support email address?

    Additionally, Chemist Warehouse orders haven't tracked over the past few months.

    • Yes, please do. As for CW, I suggest you may have an issue with your browser if none are tracking. Please try the CR app. Cheers.

    We apologise for the error you've come across on your end and we want to get to the bottom of it as soon as possible so that you have a smoother interaction with us in future.

    I've escalated this with our tech team but we have a few steps that will help us resolve the issue you're experiencing.

    1. To open the developer tools within Google Chrome:
      Click on 3 vertical dots in the top right of your screen > then click on More Tools > Developer Tools.

    2. Submit a claim through the Cashrewards website - you may get the same error message.

    3. Once you get to the error on the screen, please follow steps below:
      Right click your mouse > click on Inspect > click on Headers > Under ''Name'' scroll down to ''Tickets''

    4. Take a screenshot of the whole Header section.
