        Yeah we brought in a pair from Iconic that was a half size too small. They didnt even have the right size in store but had the new pair delivered to our house for free no questions asked. Now if you bring in a size 4 and ask for a size 8 I'm not sure if they would provide the same service.

        Also, had a workmate try the exchange at the same store and was turned away for some reason so maybe depends on the manager

    Did that yesterday buying in their shop and nobody checked Drivers Licence either :)
    Online it did not work and support said need to sign up one month before, but RMW shop honoured it.

      Rm ones are good but they have many styles - all the way from honky tonk cowboy big buckle to corporate understated. Match the belt to your RM boots I would suggest.

    Did anyone get a pair that was slightly different colour?
    Received a pair that was Mid Brown/Oily Fern that has stitching and heel that are different from Mid Brown (as shown in the picture and link).
