    I will never understand why people enjoy eating KK doughnuts.

    Having had Daniels Doughnuts I can't go back to anything else.
    Even Donut King tastes better than KK.

      KK are very tasty, so are Daniels, so are Donut King etc…

      The original KK is really their best donut. Light, fluffy, yeast-based.

      I’m more of a lurker here, but…

      There is absolutely nothing good about Daniel’s donuts.

      Unless eating bread dipped in sugar is your thing. Seriously, their “dough” is rough and bland.

      Sure, KK won’t blow your mind, and you’ll 100% find better alternatives out there for a premium price, but at least KK still tastes like a dough-nut.

          When the penrith one first opened. We queued up and we were handed one free original glazed as we waited in line. It was warm. Pillowy dough. Can't seem to get that from any other kk shop i been since.

            @xoom: Have you tried the Mascot or Liverpool factory stores? Look for the glowing logo out the front for when they're freshly baking.

              @Bii: Back in the day, the Liverpool factory would have a continuous line as they would give out KK's for free, no purchase required.

      That’s the equivalent of $96/dozen! You probably should have used this deal and spent another $4 for 11 more doughnuts. Although you should be commended for regulating your portion size

    It's always interesting reading comments from people trashing Krispy Kreme and trying to work out if they're talking about the variety donuts (horrible, nasty things) or the original glazed (delicious, one of the best donuts out there).

            @lightfoot: Just tried picking it up as they were printing them off the press. Refused to do it early because of some policy that doesn't make sense. I asked them how many donuts they throw out at the end of the night
