Good price on Sultana Bran - matching Woolworths price but Coles is currently selling for $6.70 a pack.

The S&S price is actually cheaper than the recent 'Amazon Warehouse' sell-price for limited shelf-life items.

  Is this better than a smoothie of blueberries, banana, raspberries, oats, chia seeds, almonds, flax seed, peanut butter? with the expectation that it'll last you until lunch. Cause with a cereal then I'd need a snack in between!

    Well then, eat porridge / oats with a half a 'nana. That'll get u thru until lunch without a snack. You'll have your daily dose of fibre then.
