    I read that prior to purchase. If you are planning on using the smart watch features or activity tracker, it would definitely be worth having a read of reviews.

    The one time I accidentally activated the activity tracking feature it was quite slow.

    Personally, I set the watch up and then force closed the app and put it on flight mode.

    One caveat with doing that is that you can't set the seconds without the app.

      I think the appeal of this model is the MIP display. I do hope there is a model released with solar and the MIP display.

        True it's a bit easier to read.. I wouldn't get a negative without it now I guess. Positive displays are easier to read but more old school looking.

          Got two solar+bt now (GW-B5600MG and GA-B2100C).

          Seems like they finally added the square one to the Casio watches app, so don't need two apps (G-Shock connect) - handy all in one place.
