    Eyelashes are the most highly turned over hair on the body. False eyelashes are the vogue now anyway.

    Peeps wanting this sort of effect would be far far far better off getting Mirenesse mascara that just goes on and coats each lash. It comes of in tubes with just water. no panda eyes there. If you want to pump up the volume, just wear a mascara base.
