Does anyone has experience with pre-orders from the Nintendo website?
I pre-ordered Zelda TOTK releasing on the 12th of May.
Will I get it on the 12th? Or will they dispatch it on the 12th and I'll get it the week after? (as typical delivery times from Nintendo).
What's everyone's experience with this?

Why does it matter?
Probably because OP wants to play it on release day, not wait for it to arrive in post. Otherwise pre-order would be pointless if they could go to JB and pick it up same day.
A few days isn’t going to make any difference after waiting so many years for this game.

Are you sure you ordered a physical copy? The non-collectors edition of the game seems to only be available to purchase as a digital copy from Nintendo directly.
