  try joining one of the yahoo recycling groups or call the council to find out where the kerbside cleanup day is this week and then take a drive.

  Please DO NOT use a capsule you've picked up from a kerbside cleanup day. You have no way of knowing that it has not been involved in an accident and is still structurally sound. If they've been in an accident they can look ok, but may have been weakened.

  I wouldn't recommend using a second-hand baby or child restraint of any sort without knowing beyond a doubt its history. You should be aware that it is no longer legal to use the type of capsules that have a velcro strap. They MUST have a built in 5 point harness.
