I need a local mobile sim ( calls + data ) — atleast it should have "data" for a day (in next week]in HCMC.
Is there any recommendation from where I can buy such sim? airport?
How much it will cost? any links for plans?

3 years ago, I remember having troubles getting a SIM, I was told it's easier to go to a tourist shop and get a sim already loaded with data, rather than give ID and buy an overpriced tourist sim.
If you're in district 1 the tourists shops up from the GoToGo bar and Buffalo bar just ask in there.
If you're going to Phu Quoc I think only one phone company works well over there. Just ask a few people when you get there to be sure.Thanks
