I think what OP is saying, is that it is rare for Priceline specifically to offer free shipping with a $50 threshold. Not that it is rare for every other provider to offer free shipping with a $50 spend.
At least that's how I read it.
In any case, it's not a compelling enough offering.
I think you misread the post description and my comment. Priceline has been offering free delivery with $50 spend continuously since late June 2019. Prior to that date the free delivery threshold was set at $100 spend.

As I said, I have recorded 1,981 other stores on OzBargain with free delivery or free delivery with minimum spend, so there is no shortage of "free delivery deals". If it happens that more and more users decide to overwhelm OzBargain with this kind of post, then the guidelines will be changed to stop the inundation.
